| 1/1/2001 Gallerypage becomes G Squared |
Q : Why are the charges to my credit card under G Squared Gallery and not Gallerypage?
A : As of the beginning of 2001, G Squared Gallery, Inc. became the proud owner of Gallerypage.com. We feel this is a natural progression to bring the website into our fold. G Squared Gallery owns two brick & mortar galleries in western Pennsylvania and can now reach a larger audience via the gallerypage website. As of mid-April, all your credit card statements will reflect this change. None of our telephone numbers, email addresses or snail mail addresses have changed, you can still reach us at the numbers on the site.

Q : What is the story behind Gallerypage.com and G Squared Gallery??
A : In 1995, G Squared Gallery & Gardens was started in Ligonier, Pennsylvania. The mission of the gallery was to provide a venue for fine art and contemporary crafts by artists from America. The concept was an instant hit and the lineup of artists increased substantially from those represented in the early years to more than 200 in the year 2000. In early 1999, it was decided that the unique assemblage of artists and products would make a very interesting website and in August of that same year, gallerypage.com was born. In April of 2000, an additional gallery, Bozworks, was opened in Ligonier to accomodate the increased numbers of artists represented. The original space now houses more fine art - representing six artists who paint in oils. The new space holds our jewelry, wood and whimsical works.
The work on the website is but a small representation of the work in the galleries. We intend to add more product to the website on an ongoing basis. If you would like to know more, please contact us at gsquared@westol.com

Q : I am an artist interested in being on your website. Do you rent out space on the site? May I send you photos of my work?
A : gallerypage.com is an extension of G Squared Gallery in Ligonier, Pennsylvania. We are always interested in looking at transparencies of an artist's work. We do not at this time lease space on the website. We will, however, consider reviewing your transparencies if you wish to send them to us. If we choose to represent you, you will be notified and we'll work out an agreement. Depending on the work, we either purchase or consign on a 60/40 basis. Our address is listed on the "Contact Us" page on the website.

| Finding www.gallerypage.com and G Squared Gallery |
Q : I'm in AOL and I can't seem to find your online gallery.
A : In all Internet browsers, simply type www.gallerypage.com in the address line at the top of the browser's window. On AOL, the address line is called "keyword"; in Netscape, it's called "location" and in Internet Explorer, it's called "address". Once you have typed in our address in the line, press your return key on the keyboard. Our site should come up right away.

Q : What is the return policy of Gallerypage.com/G Squared?
A : Every item on our site carries a full satisfaction guarantee. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us for a full refund of your purchase price.
You must return the item in the box in which it was sent to you and the item must be in the same condition it was when it left our gallery originally. (This does not, of course, include any damage sustained in the shipping process.) All returns must occur within 10 days of receipt. Specific instructions on how and where to return the package are included in each shipment.

| Using Postcard feature on AOL |
Q : How do I read postcards sent to my AOL account?
A : AOL does not support hot links on this feature. You can still read your postcards by clicking and dragging across the complete link, copying the text and pasting it into the AOL search/address/keyword area. Once you have done that, hit the "go" button or the return/enter button on you keyboard. Voila! Your postcard appears.
